What we collect
When you sign up we collect what you give us: your business details (name, phone, email, address, services, and the answers in your questionnaire) and your billing information. On our own website and dashboard we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use UpKept. When people visit the websites we host for customers, we count page views in aggregate only — no cookies, no tracking pixels, nothing tied to an individual visitor. Contact-form and review submissions on hosted websites are stored for the business they were sent to.
How we use it
To build and host your website, bill your subscription, send you service emails (drafts ready, billing notices, leads), and improve the service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who processes it with us
We rely on a small set of service providers: Stripe (payments — we never see or store full card numbers), Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Pexels (stock photography), and Google Analytics (visit statistics for our own site, not customer websites). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your data, your call
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing us. If you cancel, your website content is preserved (never deleted) so you can come back — unless you ask us to erase it.
